How do I book a course?

How do I pay?

When should I pay for the course?

Payment must be received prior to the course.

When do the courses start and end?

Registration will be at 08:00 on day one with the courses commencing promptly at 08:30 each day and concluding at 17:00. There will be two short breaks and an hour for lunch each day.

Who are the trainers?

All of our courses are delivered by a team of highly qualified, experienced and specialist trainers. They share cutting edge experience in the field in which they train and exemplary presentation skills. More detailed information on our trainers is available on request.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. You will receive an IQPC Training certificate at the end of your course. If you are attending a Certified/ Accredited course, you will receive certificates issued by the relevant certification body.

How do you know what my training objectives are?

Once you have booked an IQPC Training course, we will send you a pre-course questionnaire form to complete. These forms are individually assessed by the trainer who will deliver your course and will be used to ensure you receive the maximum benefit.

Can you recommend any accommodation?

Yes, we'd be happy to help. IQPC Training has agreements with hotels in the region and we can offer our delegates substantial discounts on a wide range of hotels. If you require more information, please call us on +971 (4) 3642975

Do you offer refresher courses?

Yes – as of 2011. Every delegate who attends an IQPC Training course will be entitled to a discounted refresher course. So if at any point, you feel the need to refresh your memory or rework any aspect of the course, just call us.

How many people on a course?

We strictly limit delegate numbers, to ensure each delegate receives the best training possible, but it does vary course to course. The average group size ranges from 6 to 18.

What to bring?

Everything you need for your time with IQPC Training will be provided, unless we let you know otherwise. This does not apply for finance and numeracy courses where delegates may prefer to bring their own, more familiar, calculators.

What to wear?

There is no dress code for IQPC Training. The courses are meant to be fun and relaxing, as well as giving you the best training. Most people who attend our courses feel most comfortable in smart/casual clothing.

When will I receive my conference material?

Any handouts, texts or other course materials will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program).

Special Needs

If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.

Is there parking?

All of IQPC's training courses take place at either 5 or 4 star hotel venues. As such there will be ample parking available.
